Jay Chandler served as president of the firm for many years. While practicing at the firm he represented clients engaged in a variety of business activities, including the funding of major credit facilities, the supply of goods and services to the oil and gas industry, the charter and maintenance of corporate aircraft, the construction and leasing of commercial real estate projects, employment and consulting services, and the purchase and sale of businesses. 

A native of Springfield, Missouri, Mr. Chandler represented clients doing business worldwide, including in South America, Europe and Africa. He is now Of Counsel with the firm.
