Robert J. Seaver joined Norman Wohlgemuth in August of 2021, after his graduation from the University of Tulsa College of Law.  While at the College of Law, Robert served as the Articles Editor for the Energy Law Journal, and worked for both T.C. Energy and The Williams Companies.

Robert is from a small town in South-Central Wisconsin.  He graduated from the University of Tulsa in 2018 with a B.A. in History with Phi Alpha Theta honors as well as a minor in Spanish and a Certificate in Classical Studies.  He earned both a J.D. and an LL.M. in Energy and Natural Resources Law upon graduation from the College of Law.  He also earned certificates in Sustainable Energy and Resources Law (SERL) and Native American Law.
